Alexander Moskalenko, the GCE Group President, has signed a petition to the executive authorities of St. Petersburg with a request to make amendments to the urban planning and land legislation of the city, which is necessary for the successful development of the Frunze district as a social and business centre.
GCE Group lawyers have found out contradictions in the current laws "On the master plan of St. Petersburg" (2005) and "On the Rules of Land Use and Development of St. Petersburg" (2009), the real conditions of the land use, established years earlier, which can become the cause for hostile takeovers.
In order to eliminate conflicts of legal collisions a collective appeal, signed by a group of businessmen who own property in the territory of the Frunze district, was sent to the Commission on land use and Development of St. Petersburg.
Recall that the central office of the GCE is in the building No.6, is situated in the street Bucharestskaya, 6 since 2004.
